On the industrial estate
a heater blasts;
with the
appropriate catalyst
the glass warms:
fluid pearls
and gathers,
dribbles its
curved length.
Fumes swirl
and billow-
distil to spirit.
Hours later
they unhook the pipe,
examine and
identify what remains.
Inform the parents……………
